Description: Bisboccia is a highly thirst-quenching and multifaceted beer, capable of being at its best when paired with any dish or away from meals.
Saison originally originated in Belgium to quench the thirst and feed those who worked in the countryside, in the sun, and to avoid wasting unused grain on farms. So it is low in alcohol since the farmer does not have to get drunk and is made from unmalted spelt insertion, which is usually difficult to use heavily in peasant preparations. This is why it is considered a “sustainable” beer since it allows the use of raw materials that other types of beers do not use.
