Description: produced with three different types of malt:
- barley, with the addition of malted oat and raw spelt;
- the five hops used are carefully measured in an elaborate and very balanced mixture.
- In addition, the “gruit” of spices added to Sandy gives the characteristic harmonious taste of caramel with elegant spicy notes.
Serving suggestions: suggested with white meat flavoured with spices and sauces as long as not too spicy or savoury. Cheeses: robiola, fresh goat cheese, slightly cured sheep cheese, with a soft texture.
